After months of consulting with a variety of professionals about the 2 feet of water at the base of our home foundation, Ralph quickly evaluated the situation as simply a drainage problem and knew how to fix it!  He showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and left the yard in pristine condition.  There were no delays or additional costs…and his wife Vivianne was in constant touch starting before Ralph arrived and even after the job was finished!  I can’t say enough good things about Ralph Briseno Concrete and will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends! This was a complicated landscaping and large retaining wall repair and stabilization job lasting two weeks. Ralph, the company owner,  developed a unique plan and a fixed price proposal.  He participated in, and supervised all the work.  Due to the complexity of the job,  in-process changes were made to the plan and Ralph was always flexible and clearly communicated the options.  His employees were top notch,  polite, hard working and always cleaned up the work area every day.  This is a great family run small business and I would definitely use him again.

What I love most about working with Ralph is the fact that it is a family business.  His wife Vivian handles the paperwork and shows up on the job site regularly to help out.  His (adult) children are also involved in the business and are really nice and also do an amazing job.  You will not regret hiring Ralph.  I am VERY picky when it comes to hiring people to do work around my house — and I literally don’t have anything bad to say about the product, the skill level, the work ethic, or the price.  🙂

Ralph is on the job himself, working alongside his skilled crew. He is extremely detailed, thorough and honest, and handled every issue that arose; rain, late dumpsters, missing city inspectors, etc., efficiently…. I could go on, but these exemplify the level of customer service and work quality he delivers. He explained every aspect of the project in detail, gave us options to suit our budget and went above and beyond in every way. His office manager, Vivian, is also in constant contact with project updates.  I would highly recommend him for any drainage or concrete project, you will not be disappointed.

Ralph just finished a drainage project. I could not recommend him more. He is extremely detail oriented, personable, reasonable, helpful, and professional. He uses laser equipment to get the most accurate measurements – do not hire a concrete contractor without laser equipment. Without it, they are just guessing on the correct measurements. They came out right away, finished on time, and gave a lot of helpful suggestions on other construction projects.
